If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or to exchange for a different size within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items should have no imperfections, should be in the same condition as when originally sent and should be in the original packaging bearing the returns label with the authorisation number after writing to and receiving confirmation web@nugnes1920.com .
EXCHANGE: Items may only be exchanged if a different size of the same item code is available. It is currently not possible to exchange goods for different item codes.
SHIPPING COST OF THE RETURNED GOODS
EU countries: the shipping charges for the return is € 15. Extra CEE: the shipping charges for the return is € 25. The amount will be deducted from the final refund. Partial refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by NUGNES 1920.
