INFORMATION ON DELIVERY
NUGNES1920.COM ships worldwide using DHL and BRT couriers. All shipments made by Nugnes1920.com are accompanied by receipt orinvoice declaring the exact value of the goods purchased in Euro as required by international laws governing the import and export trade. The invoice or receipt of the order will be inside the package. If you purchase of a discounted product, the shipment will be accompanied by an invoice or receipt stating the discounted value of the items. For further information contact us at email@example.com
Nugnes1920.com processes orders for delivery from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (UTC/GMT+1) excluding public holidays in Italy. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Nugnes1920.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstance outside the control of Nugnes1920.com .

SHIPMENT INSURANCE: in the event of theft or accidental damage, NUGNES1920.COM shipments are insured at no extra cost to the Customer, but once the shipment has arrived at its destination the goods will no longer be covered by the insurance.

SHIPMENTS BLOCKED BY THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN THE CUSTOMER’S COUNTRY OF ORIGIN DUE TO INCONSISTENCY WITH THE IMPORT REGULATIONS MAY BE SHIPPED BACK TO ITALY AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. ALL EXPENSES FOR IMPORTING GOODS BACK INTO ITALY AND THE EXPENSES FOR SUCH RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY POSSIBLE REFUND.

TAXES AND DUTIES
NUGNES1920.COM ships using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) formula, therefore, taxes and duties are included in the following countries: Austria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,Switzerland,Hong Kong, United Kingdom, and United States.So in these countries, the goods will arrive directly to the indicated address without having to pay anything in addition to the amount paid at time of the order.
For all other Countries, the used formula is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), namely,any local trade taxes and or customs duties are excluded. If you are resident in a non-EU country, we would advise you to search for information about local taxes and duties before placing an order on NUGNES1920.COM.
Please be aware that any local trade taxes and or customs duties will be charged directly to the Customer by the courier for each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

Upon receiving delivery of each order, the Customer is required to carefully examine the package before signing the acceptance of the goods. Tape with theNUGNES1920.COM printed design carefullyseals allNUGNES1920.COM packages. If the customer receives a package that has been opened by Customs or by the Courier for external inspections, the package will be resealed with the safety control tape. If the customer receives a package that has been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer can sign for receipt of the package with reserve or he/she may refuse the package. If the package is accepted with an unauthorised signature or when there is evidence of a damaged package, we recommend that you file a complaint immediately with the local office of the shipper and contactNUGNES1920.COM at the email addressNUGNES1920.COM firstname.lastname@example.org
If, for any reason, the order placed on NUGNES1920.COM is not delivered to the address of the Customer due to his/her lack of cooperation (such as wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package will be sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense, including import taxes, as provided for in the trade agreements. These expenses will be deducted from any possible refund.
In accordance with international law regulating imports and exports, all NUGNES1920.COM orders are shipped from Trani - Italy - with an official receipt or invoice indicating the exact total amount in Euros of the purchased goods. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS GOVERNING INTERNATIONAL IMPORTS IT IS UNLAWFUL TO DECLARE A LOWER AMOUNT OR DECLARE THE ITEMS AS GIFTS.
TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC LEATHER GOODS
Under the law, the shipments ofNUGNES1920.COM orders which contain items made with exotic leather that are shipped outside the European Economic Community require the C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)form: an additional export document which acts as a passport for such items. This document specifies that the product comes from an animal bred specifically for trade and not captured in the wild. For further information please visit the website: www.cites.org. These documents are issued by the “Fishing Wildlife and Game Customs” office and require 14 days to be processed. To obtain the documents, the CITES requires a tax invoice and therefore the purchase amount will be CHARGED BEFORE SHIPPING. The shipment will be delayed depending on the processing time required for the documents.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) can be returned for a refund or to change the size and colour within14 days after the date of delivery of the goods.
The items to be returned must be flawless, in the same condition in which they were shipped, and be packed with the original packaging still provided with the single-use seal. You can return goods that have not be used to NUGNES1920.COM within 14 days from the date of delivery, after having written to and received confirmation from email@example.com
REQUEST FOR AUTHORISATION TO RETURN THE GOODS
The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
- within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of goods, you will need to fill in correctly and send the return form available in the return and change section on NUGNES1920.COM. Alternatively, you can also make a request to the customer care service – firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once completed the application, Nugnes1920 will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
- products must comply with all the original conditions above.
- The Return Authorization Number which will be indicated on the form, must be indicated on the outside or inside of the package of each return shipment. If you use a different courier than the one proposed by Nugnes1920, please send us an email containing the tracking number of the return shipment and the name of the courier company to email@example.com
The customer can choose between the following compensation options:
1. CHANGE OF SIZE OR COLOUR
For customs reasons, please note that the changes are only possible for countries inside the European Union. Items can be changed when a different size or a different colour is available for the same item code. Changes for different item codes are currently not available. The new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the item to be replaced. However, we can only change non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, modified or washed and are still provided with all the tags. The goods must be returned in one package. All our change shipments are made with the same original delivery service (DHL, BRT). We reserve the right to refuse several returns made at different times on one order.The shipment of the change to the customer is free for all changes. The cost of returned goods will be refunded, but not the cost of the original shipment.The refund will be issued as soon as the returned items are checked and accepted. If the Customer paid by credit card, the amount will be normally available within 10 days from the date of the refund and will be displayed on the account statement; the processing time may vary according to the credit card company. If the customer has paid by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original bank account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are the result of changes in the exchange rate and cannot, therefore, be included in the refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
All Nugnes1920 customers must be able to purchase products with no hassle.If customers are not satisfied with their order for any reason, they can return the unused goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items can only be returned for the following reasons: reimbursement, change of size or change of colour.
Customers are required to follow the OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY OF NUGNES1920.COM as described below:
- the returned item must havethe single-use Security seal which must be intact and attached to the items to be returned. It must not be removed or cut in any way.
- the items to be returned must not have been worn or modified or washed; any sign of wear will not be accepted. The soles of shoes must be flawless and must in all cases be in perfect condition.
- the items to be returned must have all the original tags, the original packaging received with the order and all other accessories (hangers, clothes covers, bags etc...). If the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, they must be re-shipped with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged including the outer packaging of the shipment.

Nugnes1920.com reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns and/or returns that are shipped in discordance with the return policy explained in the additional sections and in the email containing the return instructions. In the event of unauthorised returns or returns which do not meet the required standards, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.If a non-authorised return is accepted,NUGNES1920.COM will apply a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.Furthermore, NUGNES1920.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of defective goods and paying for the shipping costs for the return of these goods to their premises.In the event of defective goods or shipping errors, NUGNES1920.COM will bear the return shipment costs without any charge to the customer or will refund the costs incurred. Transactions will be charged in Euros, US Dollars or GB Pounds. Therefore, due to the floating value of exchange rates, the final price will be calculated and charged on the Credit Card according to the exchange rate applicable on the day of the transaction.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

CHARGES TO CREDIT CARDS
NUGNES1920.ICOM has up to 10 calendar days to confirm the status and availability of the goods and request verification of the transaction by contacting the Customer's Bank for the approval of the credit card charge.
As soon as the order is confirmed for the available goods and for the Pre-order items (which will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive in stock)NUGNES1920.COM will charge the amount to the Credit Card. The total amount will be charged to the Customer based on the Customer's agreements with the bank.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION
If there are enough funds, if the account information is valid and if the bank confirms that the transaction has been authorised, the order will be processed immediately and the Customer will immediately receive the order transaction number from our bank. This authorised amount is the customer's request vis-à-vis NUGNES1920.COM. The authorised funds are merely “blocked funds” on the customer’s account.
If the customer chooses a bank transfer as the payment method during the order confirmation, he/she will automatically receive an email confirming the details on theNUGNES1920.COM account. The goods will then be reserved for one week and shipped once the funds are deposited on the bank account of NUGNES1920.COM.
NUGNES1920.COM requires a copy of the payment made within 48 hours via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the indication of the order number in the email heading.
