INFORMATION ON DELIVERY
Nugnes1920.com ships all over the world using DHL couriers. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17.30 (UTC / GMT + 1) excluding public holidays in Italy. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Nugnes1920.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstance beyond the control of NUGNES1920.COM.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE: in the event of theft or accidental damage, Nugnes1920.com shipments are insured at no extra cost to the Customer, but once the shipment has arrived at its destination the goods will no longer be covered by the insurance.

Orders are processed immediately after checking the availability of the product and checking the payment, while sending an order confirmation via email. Nugnes1920.com reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased. In the event that the items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the customer, the e-commerce department will promptly notify the Customer. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Monday. If an order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond the control of Nugnes1920.com you will be notified by our customer service.

Note: if a parcel is not collected for any reason, any shipping costs and fees or expenses related to the automatic return of the goods by the courier to the NUGNES 1920 office,will be deducted from the refund.
Any import costs and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
SHIPMENTS BLOCKED BY THE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES IN THE CUSTOMER’S COUNTRY OF ORIGIN DUE TO INCONSISTENCY WITH THE IMPORT REGULATIONS MAY BE SHIPPED BACK TO ITALY AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. ALL EXPENSES FOR IMPORTING GOODS BACK INTO ITALY AND THE EXPENSES FOR SUCH RETURN WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY POSSIBLE REFUND.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Nugnes1920.com ships using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) formula, therefore, taxes and duties are included in the following countries: European Union, United kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Monaco, Qatar, Singapore, Switzerland, *Hong Kong and United States. In these countries the goods will arrive directly at the address indicated without having to pay anything other than the amount paid at the time of the order.
For all other Countries, the used formula is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), namely,any local trade taxes and or customs duties are excluded. If you are resident in a non-EU country, we would advise you to search for information about local taxes and duties before placing an order on Nugnes1920.com.
Please be aware that any local trade taxes and or customs duties will be charged directly to the Customer by the courier for each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded if the goods are returned.

Upon receiving delivery of each order, the Customer is required to carefully examine the package before signing the acceptance of the goods. Tape with the Nugnes1920.com printed design carefullyseals allpackages. If the customer receives a package that has been opened by Customs or by the Courier for external inspections, the package will be resealed with the safety control tape. If the customer receives a package that has been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer can sign for receipt of the package with reserve or he/she may refuse the package. If the package is accepted with an unauthorised signature or when there is evidence of a damaged package, we recommend that you open a complaint immediately with the local office of the shipper and contactNUGNES1920.COM at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
If, for any reason, the order placedis not delivered to the address of the Customer due to his/her lack of cooperation (such as wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package will be sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense, including import taxes, as provided for in the trade agreements. These expenses will be deducted from any possible refund.
In accordance with international law regulating imports and exports, all NUGNES1920.COM orders are shipped from Trani - Italy - with an official receipt or invoice indicating the exact total amount in Euros of the purchased goods. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS GOVERNING INTERNATIONAL IMPORTS IT IS UNLAWFUL TO DECLARE A LOWER AMOUNT OR DECLARE THE ITEMS AS GIFTS.
TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC LEATHER GOODS
Under the law, the shipments of Nugnes1920.com orders which contain items made with exotic leather that are shipped outside the European Economic Community require the C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)form: an additional export document which acts as a passport for such items. This document specifies that the product comes from an animal bred specifically for trade and not captured in the wild. For further information please visit the website: www.cites.org. These documents are issued by the “Fishing Wildlife and Game Customs” office and require 14 days to be processed. To obtain the documents, the CITES requires a tax invoice and therefore the purchase amount will be CHARGED BEFORE SHIPPING. The shipment will be delayed depending on the processing time required for the documents.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) can be returned for a refund or to change the size and colour within14 days after the date of delivery of the goods.
The items to be returned must be flawless, in the same condition in which they were shipped, and be packed with the original packaging still provided with the single-use seal. REQUEST FOR AUTHORISATION TO RETURN THE GOODS
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
-within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, you must correctly fill in and submit the form available on the returns and exchanges page:return request. Alternatively, you can also request it from customer care - firstname.lastname@example.org;
-the returned item must not be worn or altered or washed and any signs of wear are not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not show imperfections and must in any case be in perfect condition.
-return items must have all the original tags, any original packaging received with the order and all other accessories (hangers, clothing covers, envelopes, etc.). In case the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, they must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged like the outer packaging of the shipment.
As soon as the request is processed by our customer service, a confirmation email will be sent, along with the label and the necessary instructions for shipping.
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted. Nugnes1920.com reserves the right to refuse those unauthorized and / or unsent returns according to the return policy. In the event of unauthorized returns or non-compliant returns, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Nugnes1920.com will be able to make a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods
The customer can choose between the following compensation options:
1. CHANGE OF SIZE
Items can be exchanged when a size is available. Exchanges for different article are not allowed. The new item will be shipped as soon as we have received the item to be replaced. However, we can only exchange non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in a single package. All our exchange shipments are made with the same service as the original delivery (DHL). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times than an order. The cost of returned goods will be refunded, but not the cost of the original shipment.The refund will be issued as soon as the returned items are checked and accepted. If the Customer paid by credit card, the amount will be normally available within 10 days from the date of the refund and will be displayed on the account statement. The processing time may vary according to the credit card company. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are the result of changes in the exchange rate and cannot, therefore, be included in the refund.
All our items are checked by our quality department before being shipped. However, in the event that the Customer receives a defective item, he must promptly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number, the article code and attaching photographic evidence that will be analyzed.

PRICES AND CURRENCY
Transactions will be charged in Euros, US Dollars or GB Pounds. Therefore, due to the floating value of exchange rates, the final price will be calculated and charged on the Credit Card according to the exchange rate applicable on the day of the transaction.

CHARGES TO CREDIT CARDS
Nugnes1920.com has up to 10 working days to confirm the status and availability of the goods and request verification of the transaction by contacting the Customer's Bank for the approval of the credit card charge.
As soon as the order is confirmed for the available goods and for the Pre-order items (which will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive in stock) Nugnes1920.com will charge the amount to the Credit Card. The total amount will be charged to the Customer based on the Customer's agreements with the bank.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION
If there are enough funds, if the account information is valid and if the bank confirms that the transaction has been authorised, the order will be processed immediately and the Customer will immediately receive the order transaction number from our bank. This authorised amount is the customer's request vis-à-vis Nugnes1920.com. The authorised funds are merely “blocked funds” on the customer’s account.
