RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
a. within fourteen (14) days of the order receipt, you must correctly fill in the return form you find on this page by entering the order number without # or the shipping code. Alternatively, you can also request it from customer care by sending a email to web@nugnes1920.com
b. make sure to enter the order number in the field provided without the # symbol or punctuation and click on the START RETURN button. Once the request has been confirmed, we will send a confirmation email, with the return authorization number, label and the instructions for shipping return.
c. IMPORTANT: items must comply with all original conditions.
d. each return shipment must have theRETURN AUTHORIZATION that you will receive inside or outside the box.
