HOW CAN I ACCESS / CREATE MY ACCOUNT?

To create an account, you need the following information: name, surname, email address and a personal password. You can change your personal information at any time.
HOW I CAN CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
To change the password click on MY AREA - ALREADY REGISTERED. Click on the "Forgot your password?" and enter the email in order to receive your password.
DO YOU SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS?

WHAT DO DDU AND DDP MEAN?
NUGNES1920.COM ships with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) formula, therefore taxes and duties are included in the following countries: European Union, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Monaco, Qatar, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, South Korea and United States. In these countries the goods will arrive directly at the address indicated without having to pay anything other than the amount paid at the time of the order.
For other countries the formula used is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), i.e. any local commercial taxes and / or customs duties are excluded.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
NUGNES1920.COM processes orders from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5.30 PM (UTC / GMT + 1) excluding holidays in Italy. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Available items are shipped in 1-3 working days from the order date.

Europe 3-5 working days - FEDEX - BRT
Rest of the World 3- 6 working days - DHL
Shipping may be delayed during promotions and sales.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A ORDER?
Cancellation can only be requested for orders not yet processed. The request must be received within 24 hours by promptly contacting our customer care at the following email address: web@nugnes1920.com. In the email, we ask you to specify your order number (ex: EU # 0000).
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF NON-DELIVERY?
If for any reason the order placed on NUGNES1920.COM is not delivered to the Customer's address due to a lack of cooperation (such as wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), such as by commercial agreements, the package will be sent back to the logistics office at the customer's expense, including any import taxes. These charges will be deducted from any reimbursement.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, the unused goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items can only be returned for the following reasons: refund or size change.
It is necessary to follow the official return policy of NUGNES1920.COM as described below:
- the returned item must not be worn or altered or washed and any sign of wear is not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not show imperfections and must in any case be in perfect condition;
- returned items must have all the original tags, any original packaging received with the order and all other accessories (hangers, clothing covers, envelopes, etc.). In case the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, they must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged like the outer packaging of the shipment.
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
To proceed with the request for a return or change of size, it is necessary to fill in the form below by entering the tracking number here.
As soon as your request has been processed by our customer service, you will receive a confirmation email, the label and all the instructions for shipping.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
The cost of the returned products will be refunded but not the cost of the original shipping. As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, the refund will be made. If the Customer paid by credit card, the amount will normally be available within 10 days from the date of the refund and will be visible on the statement of account. Processing time may vary by bank. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded depends on changes in the exchange rate and will therefore not be refunded.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG/DEFECTIVE GOODS?
All our items are checked by our quality department before they are shipped.
In the event that the Customer should receive a defective item, we invite you to promptly send an email to web@nugnes1920.com specifying the order number, the article code and attaching photographic evidence that will be analysed.
Required photos:
-sides, front, back of the item and photo of the label. In the specific case of footwear, photos of the soles must also be sent.
Items damaged due to normal wear, accidental or improper use, will not be considered defective. In case of defective goods or shipping errors, NUGNES1920.COM will pay the return shipping cost.

Promotional codes cannot be applied to a selection of exclusive items from the new collections and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Any dispute must be received within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date resulting on the courier's website, otherwise, they will not be accepted.
